Taking the First Step on Your Journey to Wellbeing.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or on edge about initiating your first appointment. My aim is to help you relax and start your journey to improve your wellbeing, taking that first step is the most important part of your counselling. 

You can make an appointment either over the phone, via email or using the enquiry box below. The first step will be myself arranging a 5-10 minute introduction call to get a better understanding of the challenges you’re facing and what you need further help with. After this we’ll arrange our first face to face counselling session. 


All appointments last an hour, after the initial session you can assess whether you’d like to continue working with me, if you’re happy to continue we can book in further appointments.
